FAQs

Is there an intake process and how do I structure my sessions?

1

I provide 60 minute secure tele-health sessions and licensed to practice in Missouri and North Carolina. I offer weekend availability as life has a good way of keeping us all busy. Prior to our first session together, I will conduct a bio-psychosocial assessment to gain an understanding of not only your presenting concerns but also your history that will help map out a personalized treatment plan that we will create together. Sessions are driven by you, as I guide you in an open, safe, and collaborative way.

What services do I provide?

2

My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivation Interviewing (MI). I use these frameworks while considering the whole person to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, self-worth & self-criticism, people pleasing, inner child work, attachment work, life transitions and supportive therapy. Together, we’ll work to understand the patterns that no longer serves you and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Do I take insurance?

3

Private-pay therapy doesn’t have to mean financially out of reach.

Caligo & Integration is a private-pay practice with a standard session fee of $150. A limited number of reduced-fee openings are reserved for clients for whom the standard rate would create a meaningful financial barrier.

Standard — $150
Reduced — $125
Access — $110

Approx. annual income | Suggested Tier

$100,000+ Standard - $150

$70,000 - $99,999 Reduced - $125

Below $70,000 Access - $110

These rates are offered with the understanding that financial circumstances vary. Income ranges are provided as general guidance rather than strict eligibility requirements. Your financial circumstances are personal, and you are invited to choose the rate the feels sustainable without creating financial strain. Financial documentation is not required.

Reduced-fee availability is limited and based on current practice capacity.

What is my cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or unforeseen emergencies at my discretion.

Thank you for honoring the time reserved for your care.
